company has the right to serve on the Luxembourg flaged vessels, ESC was the first private security company to provide armed security, authorized by the Luxembourg Government.

- Works with reputable port agents, with whom we have worked successfully in the past and who are knowledgeable about the rather frequent changes in the laws in their port region regarding firearms;
- Security teams are made up of combat experienced European former military and law enforcement personnel from NATO and ATALANTA operations;
- Management has international
military, political and governmental top management experience;
- Is signatory to ICoC and a certified member of SAMI;
- Is a member of Estonian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

Equipment
- ESC Global Security has legally purchased weapons from Europe and USA, in our own name, and we store them according to the requirements of the jurisdictions and legal entities involved in each transit;
- Where required, ESC Global Security utilizes the services of the appropriate Port Agents or law enforcement representatives to obtain all necessary permits and licenses for the embarkation and disembarkation of all weapons and equipment.

Security personnel
- ESC Global Security has approximately 125 PCASP qualified for maritime security and anti‐piracy missions;
