Mr. Ayman Gabr, chairman of Al Dawlia, worked as a former police officer at the Egyptian Ministry of Interior, and has held a leading position at CID’s investigation department and in the public security sector. He is an auditing researcher and consultant in the field of developed security planning.

The Chief Operations Officer for ESCGS is a former Lieutenant in the Estonian Navy and an expert in Underwater Unexploded Ordinance (UXO). He recently served as the N3 Officer and as the Head of Training of the Vessel Protection Teams as part of the ATALANTA Operations in the Gulf of Aden HRA.

Former Special Agent for the FBI, serving in the International Cooperation Unit, conducting numerous assessments of former Soviet-Bloc countries for FBI SEED and FSA Department of State funded training programs. Mr. Moschella has served as the FBI Legal Attaché for Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, the Republic of Belarus and United Arab Emirates. Presently a member of the FBI NAA European Chapter.
