- Once the quotation has been conrmed, ESC will issue a prepayment invoice for 50%
- ETA updates to RV position are expected at least 96 hrs before scheduled arrival with 12 hr interval
- ESC will mobilise an Escort vessel with 7 Naval armed guards on-board along with local MSLO for coordination and communication
- At least 30 NM before ETA to RV position the Master of the escort vessel will start radio communication with the Master of the client’s vessel
- RV POSITION CAN BE UP TO 150 NM FROM SHORE FROM ANY PORT IN NIGERIA
- Estimated inbound or outbound escort for the 100-150NM RV position is 2-3 days per way
- Time count begins from the moment when Escort vessel leaves the port (naval base) and is applicable until the vessel is back at the naval base
- Pro rata is not applicable, and every day is charged in full (from 00:01-23:59)

- Payment terms: Remaining 50% 14 days after disembarkation
